“Docker for Public Health Bioinformatics” is an introductory course for trainees who are already familiar with using the command line for bioinformatics, but want to start using and developing docker containers to standardize their computing environment. This course is lead by Curtis Kapsak and Kevin Libuit, who, alongside working at Thieagen, are also members of StaPH-B, and have collectively made docker images that have been used millions of times for public health bioinformatics.
