The "SARS-CoV-2 genomic characterization and data sharing” course teaches trainees how to use Terra to assemble and quality control SARS-CoV-2 genomes, then characterize these with Pangolin and NextClade, before sharing the resulting data to public data repositories (SRA, GenBank and GISAID).
