A NE BRR Offering Provided by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health

Overview

The Sequencing & Bioinformatics Core within the State Public Health Laboratory of the Massachusetts Department of Health, in collaboration with Theiagen Genomics, will be hosting a series of 2-week seminars focusing on the most pressing topics in public health. These seminars are intended to be deep dives into the nuances of bioinformatics analysis for pathogens of interest to the Northeastern BRR region.

Each seminar will include two 90-minute sessions, typically one week apart.
