What’s Changed:

• This patch release fixes an output declaration error introduced in the previous release that made the NCBI_Scrub standalone workflows non-functional:
  • The ncbi-scrub (also known as HRRT) task was updated to the latest version (v2.2.1), but changes were only propagated to the TheiaCoV workflows. In this patch release, the output declarations were updated to match the expected values produced by the NCBI_Scrub task.
• Our documentation has also been transferred to GitHub so we can ensure it is maintained and up-to-date! You can find our documentation here.

User instructions:

• Change version to v2.2.1!

We treat patch releases just the same as major releases. You can feel confident knowing that we carefully validate the results to make sure there’s no unintended differences between versions. Even though there’s only one change in this release, we’re still treating it just as seriously as a release where many things change (like the v2.0.0 major release).
