We’re happy to announce the release of version 4 of the Public Health Bioinformatics repository!
This release offers multiple new workflows, new features and various input parameters have been modified to reflect these changes. These changes will require some adjustments from existing users who want to upgrade as several inputs and outputs have been changed.
This section lists the breaking input changes between PHB v3.1.1 and PHB v4.0.0. For more details about each change in addition to non-breaking changes, please read the release notes.

Due to the implementation of Morgana_Magic housing characterization tasks for TheiaCoV workflows, many of the inputs for these tasks are now under the umbrella of Morgana_Magic as opposed to the TheiaCoV workflow. See the databases below for a full list of input and output changes!
